Introduction

I am currently leading the end-to-end design of a B2C on-demand service platform for Revive Renovations, a London-based specialist stair runner installation company. As demand for their services has grown, the business required a streamlined digital solution that allows customers to explore services, request consultations, and book installations through a simple mobile experience.

My role involves designing the full product experience - from UX architecture and booking flows to the customer interface and an internal portal that enables the team to manage enquiries, showcase service packages, and collect client reviews. The goal is to transform a traditional home-improvement service into a seamless digital platform that supports Revive's growth across Central London.
